School, Youth Groups and Group Bookings.

Awesome Walls Climbing Centre is an ideal venue for use by schools and youth groups. Whether you want to provide opportunities for personal development, teach climbing skills or just have some fun we offer sessions to suit your needs. We can deliver one off sessions or blocks over several days/weeks. If you have specific needs or desired learning outcomes then why not contact us and we can develop a programme to cater for you. Discounts are available for block bookings of 6 or more sessions.

Groups using Awesome Walls' Instructors

At Awesome Walls Climbing Centre we can cater for all sizes of groups from 6 people upwards. We are based in a large church building that can take large groups. There are discounts available on group bookings of 30 or more. We have great expertise at providing group sessions for all, from Cub packs and year 11 GCSE groups to Stag and Hen weekends. Prices include instruction and equipment hire. Group bookings are for a minimum of 6 people.

Teachers, bring your Year 10 and 11 classes to us in order to experience climbing as part of their GCSE syllabus. We follow the Edexcel syllabus and have a proven track record of achieving very high marks with the schools that presently use us. Groups With Own Instructors

If you wish to bring a group to Awesome Walls Climbing Centre and can provide your own instructor(s) entrance to the centre is £6.00 per head, regardless of the age of the participants. Group bookings are for a minimum of 6 people. If there are less than 6 people the usual individual entrance fee will be charged.

If you are bringing a group please let us know in advance when you are coming, how many people you are bringing and what equipment you require. All groups using instructors not provided by Awesome Walls Climbing Centre must provide proof of insurance and the instructor's qualifications on their first visit to the centre.

Outdoor Sessions

Once you've given your young people a taste of climbing at Awesome Walls Climbing Centre, why not take the next step and let them experience the excitement, adventure and challenge of climbing outdoors on real rock?

Awesome Walls offer full day and half day outdoor climbing sessions. Full days run from 9.30am 'til 5.00pm and half days run from 9.30am 'til 1.00pm or 1.30pm 'til 5.00pm. We will provide all the climbing equipment and instruction. You will need to provide transport (we will meet you at the activity location).

The cost is £25 per head for a half day and £40 per head for a full day.
Minimum group size of 10. Transport can be arranged if necessary.
