Resin 2 Rock
This course is aimed at people who have made their first steps into the sport of climbing at Awesome Walls, or another indoor wall, and would now like to get a taste of climbing on real rock.
The locations for these weekends vary depending on the time of year, weather forecast and group members. We run trips to Derbyshire, North Wales and Cumbria. During the weekend, will visit various locations to allow different styles of climbing to be experienced.
The cost of the course excludes accommodation. Camping is the usual form of accommodation on these trips. The approximate cost for this is usually around £5.00 per night. Food is available at the local pub or bring your own. This is, however, negotiable and will be discussed with the group.

Learn 2 Lead
So you're leading indoors and have climbed outdoors and want to learn to place your own protection, lead climb and set up belays. You can learn all of this safely and have an enjoyable time on one of our L2L weekends. As with the R2R course the locations used may vary and the course excludes food and accommodation.
Bouldering Workshops
If you boulder at Awesome Walls and would like to start going outside or already boulder outdoors and want to push your grade then book onto one of our bouldering workshops. The locations for these vary depending on the time of year, weather forecast and group members. Course includes venue selection, ethics, spotting and bouldering techniques. There are evening sessions or full days to choose from. Bouldering mats are highly recommended for these sessions and can be hired from Awesome Walls for £5.00 per evening or £10.00 per full day.
Schools and Youthgroups
Once you've given your young people a taste of climbing at Awesome Walls Climbing Centre, why not take the next step and let them experience the excitement, adventure and challenge of climbing outdoors on real rock?
Awesome Walls offer full day and half day outdoor climbing sessions. Full days run from 9.30am 'til 5.00pm and half days run from 9.30am 'til 1.00pm or 1.30pm 'til 5.00pm. We will provide all the climbing equipment and instruction. You will need to provide transport (we will meet you at the activity location).
The cost is £25 per head for a half day and £40 per head for a full day.
Minimum group size of 10. Transport can be arranged if necessary.
